Jade Promenade is located in Las Vegas’ vibrant Chinatown, just west of the Strip. Mehraz has begun work on this project. Phase 1 includes approximately 73,000 square feet and features 48 restaurant spaces. Phase 2 will extend the promenade to Valley View Street and is planned to include two-story residential units above, along with a parking structure. A slightly more professional version: Jade Promenade is a mixed-use development located in Las Vegas’ vibrant Chinatown, just west of the Strip. Mehraz is currently working on this project. Phase 1 includes approximately 73,000 square feet and 48 restaurant spaces. Phase 2 is envisioned as an extension of the promenade toward Valley View Street, incorporating two-story residential units above and a parking structure.
